I couldn't log in as two people on two different tabs (despite Incognito mode). I had to open two browsers (Chrome and Safari). When I tried to extend the permissions of the Role 'app_viewer', the Cloud Shell hung.

Two Incognito windows don't work (Incognito is shared process??). Needed to use 1 Chrome instance and a separate browser instance.
