During the build/push phase of the lab, the process failed with a registry error. It appears the project has reached its quota limit for the Service Consumer Management API. This prevented the container image from being pushed to the Google Container Registry (GCR), making it impossible to proceed with the deployment steps. Impact: The user is unable to complete the "Build and Push Image" section, which is a critical path for the remaining lab tasks (e.g., deploying to Cloud Run or GKE). Please fix it
