I was blocked from continuing, by a "purchase cannot be completed" error in GCP marketplace. Not great!

I couldn't agree to the Terms and agreements of the LAMP stack due to an error so not satisfied at all

I did not get through it since I was never allowed to go beyond the very first step of"Terms & Conditions", due to unclear "payment" reasons.
