Unable to change the color from blue to orange and also from version 1 to 2. Jenkins jobs are failing. any help in this regard is very much appreciated

Some issues with jenkins deployment. Jenkins didn't report an error until i clicked into the 'sample-app' it reported that both the first and v2 deployment failed. There was some error with deployment/jenkins calls. Issues didn't stop me from getting a 25/25 score.
