Issues with the steps which helpdesk acknowledged are known problems. These dont allow the lab to move forward. I was able to troubleshoot and fix the issues and passed on the information to helpdesk and then was able to complete the lab. There were 2 other issues after the first one which i had to troubleshoot and fix.

Needs an update urgently, many things are outdated! There were some issues, ./helm init --service-account=tiller does not work with the version 1.16 and higher (have to do workarounds) k8s/production/backend-production.yaml had apiVersion wrong (had to correct)

It does't work. PERIOD. The instructions are outdated and need to be reviewed to fix breaking changes with the newer kubernetes version.
