there's a tiny problem when modifying the Jenkins file, it should alert the user to also update the gcloud zone if needed

Nice tutorial. There was one issue though - the sample-app Jenkins file was configured to use wrong zone (us-east1-d vs. us-central1-f). Changing that fixed the deployment issue for the app.
