so clunky. server issues? doesn't seem like the progress check keeps up in good connection with the steps you followed - so I can't tell if I missed something or not. And the lab cannot tell me if I missed anything. Got 1/3rd of the way through this, but doesn't seem to work. If complexity and renaming processes to sound proprietary is the goal then goal achieved. :-(
