No progress checks (which take away from the experience, as maybe nothing was required), plus it was purely coping and pasting code (as it would've been in a real-life scenario, yet) without specific explanations as to what each line of the code does (which made it even more of a real-life scenario, not much of a training lab).

Way too long and the topic is way too advanced for an Associate Cloud Engineer certification. Understanding the topic of the lab requires a lot of external knowledge about VPNs, tunnels etc.
