It was mostly good. The lab had a lot of practical hands-on experience before getting into the theory, which happens in the videos afterward. Which I think is good, as too much theory beforehand without any practical can get overwhelming. There was a little confusion when switching to Compute Engine. Were we supposed to close the previous shell before opening a new one? I wasn't sure, so I ended up just opening a new shell tab but keeping the old one.
