Section "Create variables" suggest variable.tf to be saved as file at end of section, while it should be variables.tf, that made an error was getting produced at my end again and again terraform apply was giving error google_compute_address.vm_static_ip: Creating... ╷ │ Error: Error creating Address: googleapi: Error 403: Permission denied on 'locations/us-east-1' (or it may not exist)., forbidden │ │ with google_compute_address.vm_static_ip, │ on instance.tf line 1, in resource "google_compute_address" "vm_static_ip": │ 1: resource "google_compute_address" "vm_static_ip" { │ terraform plan was suggesting to use -out, i tried using -out and then tried using file in terraform apply which was saved by terraform plan
