Creating Resource Dependencies with Terraform Reviews

│ Error: Error creating Address: googleapi: Error 412: Location REGION:us-east1 violates constraint constraints/gcp.resourceLocations on the resource projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-a387eea92057/regions/us-east1/addresses/terraform-static-ip., conditionNotMet following instructions but I'm hit with this constraint that is nowhere mentioned in the lab. Try a few other zones but terraform apply jsut wouldn´t work. Please fix this
