In step 7, it says "execute the following command to start a CloudBuild using cloudbuild.yaml".. but the command shows... gcloud builds submit --config cloudbuild2.yaml The text says cloudbuid.yaml, but the command shows cloudbuild2.yaml You may wish to fix that.
