Accessing the Google Cloud Console and Cloud Shell Reviews

The lab could not start. Every time I tried to launch the cloud console using an InPrivate browsing session, the link would fail with an error saying the web page had moved. I lost my 5 credits and got nothing to show for it. VERY disappointed. Can I get my credits refunded?
