O botão de criar a VM não funciona, nunca cria a VM não importa quantas vezes você clica pra criar a VM, tive de criar no terminal senão não iria pontuar nesse teste

Very unsatisfied! I was not able to create the required VM instances although I have waited for proper creation of the new VPC network. There was absolutely no information, messages in the UI, why VM cannot be created. Meanwhile the time for this lab ran out.
