Not possible to do Task2 because Username2 has no resourcemanager.projects.get policy and thus can not get console for project.

Task 1 is missing a step: "select qwiklabs-gcp-03-<foo> from the projects dropdown." Also, User 2 doesn't have visibility of the project, so I'm restarting the lab to see if that's a glitch. On restarting, both accounts had access at first, but eventually User 2 didn't have access, even when it had Object Viewer permissions. There was a point where I had to add permissions to the service account again. At the end, when I changed the service account role to Storage Bucket Creator, the write command still didn't work.
