Looks like there are some permissions that are not given to a "public" bucket that we are supposed to access... "1080769946034-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.objects.list access to the Google Cloud Storage bucket. Permission 'storage.objects.list' denied on resource (or it may not exist)
