You need to change instructions: "1. On the AppSheet Webhook menu, select Manage webhooks" to "1. On the AppSheet Webhook menu, select APPS & INTEGRATIONS, than click button MANAGE WEBHOOKS". And "9. In the Google Cloud Console, on the Navigation menu (Navigation menu icon), scroll the list of products and then click Cloud Storage > Browser" to "9. In the Google Cloud Console, on the Navigation menu (Navigation menu icon), scroll the list of products and then click Cloud Storage > BUCKETS".
