In some of the instructions, reference is made to navigating to the Actions tab. I consider there is an intermediate step required in the instruction to state that the user must first navigate to the Behaviour section, and then to the Actions tab within that section.

Unclear how to open new browser with second profile, the original and new browsers kept syncing profiles. Also lost the app record edit and add capabilities during the RBAC steps. triple checked my work and couldn't see the error. removed the behavior rule and still had no add/edit ability on Members table
