Some of the args (e.g. job-name) and libraries are outdated. When you finally get the job running on VertexAI, it fails due to some obscure pythonJsonLogger dependency

Error code on: %%bash gsutil ls -Lb gs://$BUCKET | grep "gs://\|Location" echo $REGION BucketNotFoundException: 404 gs://qwiklabs-gcp-04-ce8a60fac5c3 bucket does not exist. Many code below that is not working.
