I would really recommend giving more detailed instructions of what needs to be done and probably adjusting labs to the course contents. Now it looks like course is a bit overview level course and labs are a bit more advanced.

unable toc complete lab. while try to create notebook found this issue on GCP. "instance-20230804-165553: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-04-ed54e1ee21a7/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request.
