-It's not explained why do we need to tag the instances with network-lb because looks like the tag is not used -It's not explained why the cloud shell can reach the internal load balancer, is the instance that runs cloud shell in the same network and the route is open - It is not explained where the ips 130.211.0.0/22, 35.191.0.0/16 (of the health checkers come from)
