The jupyter instance was not created. Since the git repo URL was not mentioned, I was not able to create the instance and clode the repo manually.

Terrible - the lecture materials are out of step with the BiGQuery UI The dataset is not accessible The lab code is all commented out - meaning I assume GCP know there is a problem here :-(
