In the Jupyter notebook, at the end, I think there is a missing word: "Note also that the RMSE on the evaluation dataset [differs?] more from the RMSE on the training dataset when we do the split correctly."

Nice work showing how the results are always the same when using the hash function, but this lab could have been done in BigQuery instead of python using BigQuery commands.
