Maintaining Consistency in Training with Repeatable Splitting Reviews

Typo near the bottom, "Note also that the RMSE on the evaluation dataset more from the RMSE more"...is this supposed to be "is more"? Also, the eval RMSE in this case turns out to be LESS, which is the opposite of what this is saying. But I get the point :)
