There is a bug in the backup script , to fix - add sudo before the screen commands

Task 5.3: The screen session created for running the minecraft server is running under root, the backup script tries to enter the session running under the user we connected through SSH so the part of entering the screen for save-off/save-on will fail. Task 5.5: The crontab that will run the backup script will fail, the backup script uses a variable named YOUR_BUCKET_NAME which will work only when we used "export YOUR_BUCKET_NAME=" or if we decide to add this as an environment variable, but in the current task this will not work. Task 6.4: assuming the startup-script is running under root, i assume the shutdown-script also runs other root, so sudo is not needed here.
