Could never create highcpu environment. Kept getting an error saying: CREATE operation failed. Errors in: [Web server]; Error messages: Failed to deploy the Airflow web server. For some reason I couldn't create a Composer environment in us-central1. Therefore, I couldn't do all the steps in the lab.
