Could never create highcpu environment. Kept getting an error saying: CREATE operation failed. Errors in: [Web server]; Error messages: Failed to deploy the Airflow web server. For some reason I couldn't create a Composer environment in us-central1. Therefore, I couldn't do all the steps in the lab.

First composer environment with provided settings failed, retried successfully in us-central1-c. Only had 20mins left after environment was available, DAG failed because there was insufficient memory available (requested ~3gb only ~1gb available)

I tried multiple times. But composer environment was never created. There was some issue with server or environment variables provided for lab were no longer valid.
