The task create_dataproc_cluster in the composer_hadoop_tutorial DAG failed with the following error: "Insufficient \'DISKS_TOTAL_GB\' quota. Requested 3072.0, available 722.0.". I modified the Python file to use smaller disks for the cluster nodes (200 GB each) and then it failed again. This time saying that there were not enough resources in the us-central1-a zone at the time.
