Really upset that this lab is of lower quality - the assignment of altolabs.com to the service account DID NOT WORK. Was this expected? Did I need to create some thing first? No idea.

The "Add the user to the service account" wasn't quite clear to me where exactly to do the "Add member". Took a bit to figure that out.
