In the step "Add the user to the service account", it says to "add member in the permissions panel, but that panel wasn't open by default. Also, under "Grant Compute Engine access", I got an error when assigning the service account user permission to the altostrat.com domain: "IAM policy update failed Request contains an invalid argument."
