In step 6b (Add the user to the service account) when I clicked on "read-bucket-objects" there was no Permissions panel. Also, after following all the other steps, this fails: gsutil cp gs://[YOUR_BUCKET_NAME]/sample.txt . with this error: $ gsutil cp gs://[YOUR_BUCKET_NAME]/sample.txt . AccessDeniedException: 403 read-bucket-objects@qwiklabs-gcp-21989adaa92165df.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.buckets.list access to project 404505334006. Apparently you need list permissions to copy.
