I don't know how this would impact your business. But, have you considered publishing Looker to docker probably with a connector to SQLite? There's one problem with the entire course. The steps of defining a project end-to-end is missing a few parts like connecting to an external source and starting the model from scratch, defining a custom cache. Perhaps you could add these for making things better for future learners.
