Step 19: Open a new browser tab or window and browse to the load balancer's IP using http://[YOUR_LB_IP]/. You should see the Apache default page. If you get a server error, wait 1 minute and refresh the page. There might be a delay in the load balancer response. Not quite. Horrendously slow creating all instances for this lab. 7+ minutes to create a micro instance? Not a great selling point for GCP.
