Autoscaler is not triggered by default. However, when changing the health-check to lower values and the apache benchmark to higher request and furthermore reducing the LB capacity fraction to 50% instead of (default) 80%. This worked after 3-4minutes of benchmarking.... I think some more tweaking in the parameters would be greate to see a more fast "effect"
