In 'Task 6': unclear from which menu should be performed "Select the read-bucket-objects service account. Click Add member in the Permissions panel." I tried that from "Service Accounts" and didn't see any "Permissions" tab. As it appeared "IAM" page should be used

The username1 identity has what looks like project editor, owner, viewer roles. It feels as though these should propagate down to allowing them the access to list compute instances within the project but it does not, and the lab does not appear to explain why this is.
