i'm unable to launch windows VM as mentioned in the instructions on europe-west2 -eu-west2-c zone.

not enough resources avalbl in europe-west to create the Windows VM. Created it instead in us-central. Lab didn't rate task 3 ... not sure why, although I completed all tasks

The zone europe-west2-c is full and thus I could not create the windows machine in the 2nd graded step. I tried creating in other european zones and regions but the grading is set exclusively for europe-west2-c

Couldn't create VM for step 2, tried doing it in another zone, but seems it wasn't recognized to get all points of the lab. The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-f64013f3142b2b45/zones/europe-west2-c' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.

Couldn't complete the "Create a Windows Virtual machine" as europe-west2-c zone did not have enough space. Therefore I was not able to achieve the full score.
