The zone europe-west2-c is full and thus I could not create the windows machine in the 2nd graded step. I tried creating in other european zones and regions but the grading is set exclusively for europe-west2-c

europe-west2-c has not enough resources, whereas europe-west2-a for example could work. I cannot get score for that

There wasn't enough resources to build the windows VM. I had to build it in another region. I think that is why it did not give me credit. I created the custom and I did not get credit for it as well.

For Task 2 there was no capacity in europe-west2. I created the windows machine in a different region but qwiklabs score would not increase. Also after completing the task 3 the score does not increase since there was an issue with task 2.

0 - The LAB doesn't work for London region and Europe west-2c Zone.
