One of the VM could not start in the designated region/zone; starting the machine in different one did not provide the credits. I got the error "The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-7cbc78cf8e403b84/zones/europe-west2-c' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later."

The windows virtual machine is not getting created in region europe-west2 zone europe-west2-c. If I am creating in any other zone the score is showing as 0 instead of 5
