One of the VM could not start in the designated region/zone; starting the machine in different one did not provide the credits. I got the error "The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-7cbc78cf8e403b84/zones/europe-west2-c' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later."
