I was unable to finish task 2, the error message says: "europe-west2-c' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request"

europe-west2-c did not have the resources to build the Windows vm, and therefor I received only 10 points for the lab instead of 15

The specified zone for the Windows VM did not have enough resources to provision the specified VM, which seemed to limit my score to 5/15 despite completing all steps.

Well-written, but the resources (in europe-2) were unavailable due to QwikLabs' limitations, and that step wouldn't launch. Changed to a different region, worked okay.
