Please help me to understand. When I practice the labs on my free GCP Console, I have no problems performing the lab exercises. When I come to Coursera to do my course work. When I got to SSH to open up the command prompt, connection is not establish and it would not open up for me to continue on with my exercises. After trying for over 30 minutes, it still would not establish internet connection. As a result, it is causing me to fail and locking me out to try again. I have to turn in my work tomorrow for my training on my job. And failing and not getting my certificate, is putting possible future employment in jeopardy. Please correct the issues. I had the same issue last week with GCP Core Fundamentals. I passed all the quizzes, etc. But i have not received that certification of completion. Thank you so very much in advance.
