The VM type does not match a selectable option (micro vs f1-micro). Also, GCP needs to alphabetize the options in drop down lists.

Make sure that the source filter address includes the final "/0". If you specify 0.0.0.0 instead of 0.0.0.0/0, the filter defaults to 0.0.0.0/32, which is an exact host address that doesn't exist. << this section didn't work for me
