The buttom "Start Lab" is red and say "Star Lab", maybe would say "Finish Lab", is something confusing

I'm confused. I'm participating in the GEAR certification program and I received an email from lity@xwf.google.com with a tutorial on how to get 400 credits. The tutorial instructs me to skip to task 3. I'm very confused by this process.

Lab fails to log me in in Incognito mode however I am already logged in in browser and it keeps guiding me to open in incognito/private mode
