Unabled to complete the lab due to the lack of resource. I tried two different regions to create a user-managed notebook, but was not successful. Error Message that I got: tensorflow-2-11-20230531-201248: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-26506ddef51e/zones/us-west1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.: Something went wrong. Sorry about that.

please add that now you have to use custom environment since 2.6 runs on debian 10 and now all is on debian 11
