I would like to report a blocker issue that is preventing me from starting and completing this lab. When running the very first setup cell in the Jupyter Notebook (on the Vertex AI instance) to install the required dependencies (tensorflow-data-validation, numpy, pyarrow), the execution hangs for about 10-15 minutes and ultimately fails. The installation throws the following error: code Text error: resolution-too-deep × Dependency resolution exceeded maximum depth ╰─> Pip cannot resolve the current dependencies as the dependency graph is too complex for pip to solve efficiently. Impact: Because the initial environment setup fails to resolve the dependencies (seemingly due to conflicts between apache-beam[gcp], grpcio, and the pre-installed packages on Vertex AI), it is impossible to import the required libraries and advance with the rest of the lab.

does not acknowledge i cloned repo, so no way possible to pass lab and wasted 5 credits

lot of issues in lab..even after following the said steps still progress is not getting updated

even though according to the percentage I was able to finish the lab I was not able to do most of the exercizes of the notebook because trying to install the tensorflow-data-validation kept giving the error of Resolution Too Deep Error for the dependencies and if I tried to solve the problem it was allways taking a lot of time until it gave the same error. I don't know if this helps but maybe you could have a kernel prepared with thouse packages already intalled so the students could use the notebook and finish it within the set time limit of the lab.
