Very happy with lab

I attempted to complete this lab twice, but I encountered issues at the very first step. The package installation process takes an unusually long time, and in the end it still fails with an error indicating that the package cannot be installed. The first time, I followed the recommended installation method exactly, but it did not work correctly. Because of this, I was unable to proceed with the lab. It would be helpful if the installation steps were reviewed or if additional guidance was provided to address this issue.
