The query structure in BigQuery has altered significantly such that none of the existing queries are valid anymore. The column names after import are not always automatically updated, meaning string_column_8 is needed to be used instead of "cost" for the first several. Angle brackets are no longer valid syntax, and the interface is now wildly different.

The instructions are for the legacy UI and the syntax for all the queries require backticks instead of brackets around the column name in the new UI. Also, the import initially shows 45 rows in the new UI because the auto schema detection doesn't strip the header row. If new instructions are created, the advanced options of "remove 1 header" are needed.

SQL Queries not correct in the lab...please review..need ` instead of [....also need to tell user to set Skip 1 row..otherwise you don't get the headers. Fix small query and big queries.

I reported this lab. Kindly check

lab is nice, but the copy/paste reference uses [] instead of `` and the WHERE clauses also fail as they should be refered in short name - at least that's how I got it working. :] e.g. I used WHERE (cost > 0) instead of WHERE ([cloud-training-prod-bucket.arch_infra.billing_data.cost] > 0)
