t1-micro VMs are not available. Change to e2-micro did the work. Unnecessary deployment of private-test-server-linux-xxx and public-test-server-linux-xxx servers

Could not complete lab. I'm getting frustrated. I've paid for lab credits, and I cannot even finish the labs. The zone has been running out of resources.
