I am extremely disappointed with this lab. During the task 3, students are asked to replace #encryption_key, in the boto file, by the encryption key which was previously generated. Unfortunately, if I am not mistaken, after copy-pasting the text of the boto file in a Word document and using a search tool to no avail, #encryption_key do not seem to be in the boto file. Consequently, I engaged QwikLabs Support during my lab (request (#497707) to inform them about the issue. As soon as I received the request number, I also sent them 3 screenshots I took to illustrate the problem and I copy-pasted the text of the boto file in the body of my request, for them to investigate accordingly. There is a 24-hour delay when we open an incident and 2 hours were allocated for completing this lab. Consequently, I was stuck at the Task 3. On another note, adding 2-3 lines explaining what is a boto file would help. If knowing what a boto file is a requirement to this lab, it should be stated so in the requirements. The fact is that this requirement was not stated. I had to googlise during the lab, which was a loss of time even if I learnt something: "Boto is a Portuguese name given to several types of dolphins and river dolphins native to the Amazon and the Orinoco River tributaries. Boto is a software development kit (SDK) designed to improve the use of the Python programming language in Amazon Web Services. " Final comment, minor glitch easy to fix, in Task 2 subtask 2, "run the following command" should be replaced by "run the following commands" because there are 2 commands. Separating distinctly commands, one line per command, one comment for each comment, instead of grouping them, would facilitate the understanding and make things clearer. It would obviously take more time for the QwikLabs Team to write the instructions but such a minor detail would bring a lot in terms of understanding/clarity.

Not at all satisfied. The lab was not working yesterday when I attempted to create the VM (received error "Request failed with unknown error"). I contacted "help" who claimed the problem was resolved. Today I still have the same problem in the lab. I logged into my personal account on Google cloud and this problem is not present.
