some instructions were hard to follow since they do not include where to navigate the part they are pertaining to. another is the part where we started worker 1, not everyone especially those who are only starting their cloud architect role, to understand or remember that once the vm is restarted, if not explicitly indicated to have a permament external ip, would have to update the ip for the apache utils, causing the monitoring to be confusing since there were no cpu utilization ongoing
